New York Minute

My three weeks in New York City passed by soooo quickly! I am sorry for not posting, I had no access to any means of doing so. Pics from ALL my vacations are going up soon as well as the deets on my trip!

The Big Apple

Hey guys! As of now, I have traveled to the big Apple! Unfortuneately, I forgot my camera uploading cord at home! Boo on Bayley! Any who, stay tuned for my posts and such. I will be adding pictures from my trip here asap!

Wicked

By Gregory Maguire, this book turned musical has turned into a fad. One, which after several years, it seems Teen Vogue has caught on to. The August issue of the magazine features a contest ***witch – if I was 16- I would most definitely win.Wicked is a phenomenal piece -both as a musical and a book. It is really a great coincidence, as I am re-reading the book. I loved the musical which I saw two years ago and I own the sound track. Popular by Kristen Chenoweth is one of my favorites. And when they featured Defying Gravity, as well as the stars Idina Menzel and Kristen Chenoweth in the television show Glee. Wicked is showing up everywhere!

*** Pun intended

Taboo, but not with You-Know-Who…

There is a summer color taboo. Whilst it is not always in-your-face, it is always present. It follows us through all four seasons.  What are your thoughts on this restriction? You don’t wear white or bright in the winter or dark and gloom in the summer. It has always been around it seems. The only people I can honestly always think of wearing bright colors are Native Americans/Hawaiians. What are your thoughts on this? Another history post coming your way soon.
